Die IdeeThe Idea
YOOL entstand nicht im Labor, sondern im Alltag — aus der Erfahrung eines Orchesters, das täglich mit freischaffenden Musikerinnen, komplexen Tourneen und papiergebundenen Prozessen arbeitete. YOOL was not born in a lab — it emerged from daily practice, from the experience of an orchestra working with freelance musicians, complex tours and paper-bound processes.
Christian Buchmann begann 2010 mit der systematischen Entwicklung einer eigenen digitalen Lösung für das Wiener KammerOrchester und das Künstlersekretariat Buchmann. Was als interne Notwendigkeit begann, ist heute eine umfassende Plattform, die von einer wachsenden Zahl österreichischer und internationaler Kulturinstitutionen genutzt wird. Christian Buchmann began in 2010 to systematically develop a bespoke digital solution for the Wiener KammerOrchester and Künstlersekretariat Buchmann. What began as an internal necessity has grown into a comprehensive platform used by a growing number of Austrian and international cultural institutions.
